I would avoid buying from sellers, they put way too big % for coin :/ Ebay for example, you can see coins selling for 50-300% profit there. So its better to go with route you provided

But these routes can take days to approve your details and stuff...

I've used sellers with good experience. if they add 10% on or whatever I'm happy.

Just check their feedback and check their price, lifes good

1. Buy Doge, wait for good price , 1 cent for example, sell to LTC.
2. Wait till MTGOX include LTC, price should go over $100 usd per LTC.
3. Sell LTC for USD.
