I must say I'm tech guy with little knowledge in marketing, SEO etc.
I'm owner of one tech site about cameras and everything about photos, videos, etc.

I ask for one, good soul to help me with my issue, please just give me guidance what to do. Site was doing great when I bought it, but since then it dropped down with everything, ... what should be my next step, what to do. In basics I know what to do, better and more good quality articles, but to be honest, my native Language is not English, and I have issue writing top quality articles on that site, I have big list of articles I would love to publish, but I'm not sure how to find out which would be best to publish ?!

Buying writers is not option as I can't spend and not gain

If there is any good soul to help me start out, what to try, what to do ?

If you can, Find keywords, place them in Meta title, meta description and on site content. Then share your website for those keywords on social media, bookmarking sites, forums, do guest posting, web 2.0 articles, etc. Do it slowly and daily.

Problem with guest posting is my language, my way of writting...
I'm not sure that it would add that impact to community etc.
And then I get more questions how to find places for quest posting, good forums etc.?

There are so many things to be careful about, to know about.
Article writing (SEO), title, headings, tags, alts, images, backlinking, word counts...
Then about forums, social networking ...
Just keyword research gives me trouble ...

I got lost in all.

For example I'm about to write article on one topic, how to recover images (photos) from camera card if deleted by mistake.
How to find best keywords for it ? I read so much about keywords, but as said, my head hurts, for real ! I have over 100 tabs opened in my browser, reading about so many things, leaving them for later, etc.

Erm, your English needs improvement but it is not as bad as you might think. Only real flaws I saw so far is "get" instead of "have questions" and switching from plural to single.
You get questions to answer. You then have questions to answer. I have questions for you, please give me an answer. I will be happy with all answers you give me and use the answers I get/receive.
There are sites/software that will spot other minor faults like using "a" when talking about "a big list" for instance. You definitely need to work on that part.

Any of the list of articles you wish to publish is good enough. G looks for how often you update, not if the article is of good quality. It just needs to be readable and not blatantly copied (there are tricks for that but you don't need those). Your visitors want something they can understand so you do want top quality though they will forgive minor spelling/grammar errors if the information you provide is what they came for.
One article a day should do it, as G does look for patterns and when you stop/decrease updates your rankings will suffer. If you stick to 500-600 words an article, make them click to the next page for the rest if needed, you should be ok I think. This of course can be altered to 1000 words a page for instance, and then clicking to the next page. Depends on what looks natural to your visitors.

Backlinks are best tested on other sites, not your main. Most backlinks should be second tier anyway. So, you create backlinks to a site and link to your site from there. Lets say you post something in this forum containing your main site, you then link to that post on another site. Don't actually use BHW to mention/backlink your site tho, it is a really bad idea. Use other (contextual!) fora and social media.

There is some discussion on using meta tags, there is no discussion about social media for ranking. It is also good to have some pictures so G can rank those for you and get some traffic.

This is just from the top of my head, others might disagree. Just don't try to do everything right in the first go, you will get a headache and fail just the same. Take it step by step and try to avoid major mistakes instead.

Disclaimer: Please do your own research, BHW is a good place for that and the link I gave you can be used to research all sorts of things, especially if you replace the search terms with "keyword" + "keyword2".

I can understand you are confused.
Best advise I can give you is to just go for it. People say a lot of things...

You sound like a perfectionist though, and while this will help you in your journey, it shouldn't stop you from starting it.
Think about this: When you first started to read and write you made lots of mistakes. After some time it became less. You will continue to learn, even after years have passed.

Also, you bought the site. Who is to say it wasn't made to last, just to be sold instead? Doesn't mean you should dump it, it just means you need to work on it. Also, it helps to have multiple sites in the same niche even if only for testing. I think it holds more value to do that regardless of testing tho. You can rank anything if you know how so don't try to buy sites for their rep, buy for the url if you find you need to buy. But, you can rank "peanuts.com" for the keyword "zentai suits" if you try. People like to have related domain names because customers find it easier to remember and there was a time it actually helped in rankings.

Then again, the above is just my opinion, others might disagree.

EDIT: I am unfamiliar with Ginger, I use Word but not for the things I post here.
Also, you don't have to post every day, you could post every two days whatever. Not sure once a week is acceptable but you could try. Just be regular/predictable.

Yes I think once or twice a week was before we started to fall down. As we interrupted that constant. Problem in my niche is that you need to go on field, take photos, make videos, edit those materials, it all takes time, and doing all alone, if it's not your main job in your life, it is really hard.

You didn't create the site, didn't create its ranking. This causes change and your rankings will suffer because of it.
But, you might find this interesting. Some sites, like yours, can't update like other sites do and G is fine with that. Still, your updates need to be regular.
If you can't update as often like you did before, G will think the site is abandoned. I would let it slip for now since it is a battle you cannot win. Let G get used to the new update cycle instead. Just make sure the information you provide is of good quality. There is more at work than just updates...

You picked a niche with a lot of work, I think it can pay off in the end though.

This was fun, helping you I actually learned a few new things too. Different from the problem at hand though. lol (I did learn that not all sites need to update as frequent as others tho.)

It was introduction, but I was here for quite a while, reading, learning.

I did buy this site, but stats started to fall down like, 8 months ago, and site was bought 2 years ago, or even little bit more.
