Well, the service is indexing any type of links in Google, so having that in mind when your images are discovered by Google and indexed in the search section probably after some time they will appear and in the image search section. However i don't know what the time for that is.. If you like you can give the service a try for a month and see by yourself if it works good enough for your specific needs

As explained couple of times in this thread the service is mainly towards Google. At Yahoo and Bing links are still getting indexed, but really after long time due to those being very very slow compared to Google.
