I hate the face you sign off with a highlighted name, what an annoying habit you have there.

Secondly...

He may be infecting people with spyware for all you know or selling pills, stuff google won't allow.

Anyone dropping $15k knows what they are doing or is rich enough for it to not matter.

this is true, im sure if he is willing to spend 15k he knows about Adwords and how targeted he can make it. Fact is he wants volume, not targeted i assume.. I do email marketing myself so i understand why he prefers that over bAdwords

Sorry if it annoys you but I think there's better things to worry about then someone that signs there name on posts. Also, I agree with you on what you mentioned but he didn't say anything about what he was selling/offering and he didn't mention anything about not being able to afford AdWords of if what he was offering would be allowed. With 15K to spend, it was just simply just a suggestion I had.

I do email marketing and have a number of lists.

If you are just after the clicks then around $0.30-0.35/click is reasonable.

As you are looking for bulk there may be a discount on price, but again it depends if you want to buy from one person or spread the traffic over several sellers.
