Anchor Text for Homepage and inner pages

Hi all,

Just something I need to clear in my head about Ahrefs. If i put in my homepage into Ahrefs and it will show me my anchor percentages ie. all keywords are below say 5% and this should be OK. But say I have inner pages(other posts) that I am trying to rank. Should I be putting those pages into ahrefs and doing the same or is it just the homepage that I should be concerned with?

Yea, you need to enter inner page into ahref if you want to check backlinks for that inner page.

Hi OP,

YES, your gonna want to treat each page of your website just as your homepage and establish a natural looking anchor text profile for them.
