BHS vps its working well for you?

BHS sucks for you lately ?i have lots of problems with them lately,was great 2-3 months ago but in last period of time they sucks a lot,you have problems with them ALSO?
i get ACCESS DENIED lots of time and i could not use my vps for over 1 week (in total) last month.i contact them everyday but now its taking a lot for them to fix theirs problems,and after they fix it ,i can use my VPS few hours then again its access denied for many hours

I regret my decision for trying them. :17: Software are working fine, proxies are provided every 1 hour. But the support is very bad. It was good before I bought the service and during some initial hiccups. But they have started to ignore my simple question ridiculing that it is an simple thing and I am doing something wrong. When I asked them if it is so simple why can't they show me in team viewer, there is no response in skype or live chat. So try them only if you are capable of doing everything yourself without any support.

The problem was that Gscrapper AA list download is not getting saved in their VPS or they themselves do not know where it will be saved. They simply reply that I am doing some thing wrong and it should be in z: drive only etc. I have lost my hope of getting any sort of help or reply from them.

I will be glad to remove this feedback, if they help me to overcome this very simple issue !!

They're not likely to help you... indeed, they're likely to hide.

They even try to hide these types of things from the SERPS.

This is the follow up for my earlier post. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE of BHS Vps, once you pay the money it's gone. They have refused to respond or answer my tickets in their help desk and online chat. I have raised dispute through paypal and they reply that as per their terms NO REFUND even if it is their fault. I have escalated to dispute resolution center in Paypal. My sincere advise to every one is to research well about the feedback for a company before buying their services.

Given their other tactics, that doesn't surprise me at all... and I still don't understand why the choose to run such a poor operation... surely they could be much more profitable by delivering what they promise, and not screwing people? I just don't get it.

there is no much on affiliate account but if there is a 10$ balance they should paying that out without trying to bullshit anyone with ridiculous excuses etc.they should be turned OFF,and i will make sure many people will hear about their fking shit

And that's what BHS VPS fails to understand... an unhappy customer will tell 10 people about his experience, while a happy customer will only tell one person.

I'm an unhappy customer, and I share my experience every opportunity I get - while they could have so easily made it right with me. And it looks like they've added another unhappy person to the ranks...
