i beginner to seo and i Studied and sow some videos about SEO and i have website i want Work to raise PR i know more information but i feel Wandering and i don't know use it or haven't strategy for this information i have 2086 back links but 85% no-follow

i used (comments on blogger -- Social Networks-- Directories -- Whois sites )

if u want help me tell me about strategy to use it or what can i do about SEO

Join a membership site to learn more. The forums are good but they are not going to give you the intensive training you need to excel at this. The greatest investment you can make is your education.

If you don't know how to link build correctly it's better not to do it. Do what I did and read lots of threads about link building.

For all the time you wasted being sad you could write some articles and post them to web 2.0 pages building your first
tier of backlinks to your website. Best way to get started is to just go for it since you will mess up and learn.
