I need to be an older member, with 2012 register date?

Today, when trying to post my first real contribution to BHW, I've stumbled upon this error message (also happens now when trying to post this thread): puu.sh/6pTTV.png
On my profile, it says: puu.sh/6pU2i.png
Does this mean I am not allowed to post links till my account is 2 years old?

I think someone should revise some of the rules here. Just because someone is new doesn't mean they don't have equal needs, questions or valid contributions. I just made this comment so I would have 15 posts and be able to PM someone who I think can help me and allow them to get paid nicely for helping me.

And think about how the gentleman above could have helped so many people with his post but wasn't able to get the point across because of the link restriction. (Post 15, I'm out of jail)

and even then if its promoting a service without being a payed
member of bhw your link will vanish.... with respect 3 posts since
april 2012 its jan 2014 if u havnt done a simple 50 posts in that
time ..... well,

He's not complaining about the restriction. Just the wording. It says he needs to be a member longer, and he joined in April 2012, so he's clearly been a member for a while. What the message really means is that he needs more posts, but the wording doesn't make the obvious.

The rules are not arbitrarily in place. They are there for a reason.
If we allowed someone to join and start PM'ing right from the
start, we would have people joining and sending unsolicited PM's
to a multitude of members and promoting their products and services
outside of our Marketplace. At least, as it stands, if they have to
accumulate 15 post points before sending and receiving PM's, it gives
the staff time to see if they are attempting to increase their post count
as quickly as possible.

are not looking at it from a broader view.

You need to have a set number of posts. This does not mean that you spam to get it. All posts should be of quality, and quality should be where your heart is.

If you actually have a genuine reason to be on this forum then 15 posts is nothing. The spammers, trolls, and general idiots out weighs the people who are here to earn so don't start talking about equal needs bullshit, the rules are in place for a reason. Either follow them or move on

A lot of people have Skype details in their profile, or you can post in the Hire a Freelancer section.

If all else fails, 15 posts is nothing. Start a discussion and stick with it. Easy money.

links to proxy lists are not needed ..and addfly is a way to make
money from links... again not allowed

if you intend to post proxies, just make a thread in the proxy posting
section and post all lists in the same thread, just add each list
as a reply post like this
