Why clickbank reject my payment to longtail pro?

Today i want to buy longtail pro. But clickbank reject my payment to longtail pro! Before i asked for several refunds for clickbank product( Ebook , Video course). Is this the reason for clickbank rejection my payment?

They most likely had a fraud alert triggered, so Citibank won't send money until they are trusted again and red flag free.

You try again later or contact citibank and ask them to manually push the transaction through. They will advise you against it.

It may be as a result of the refunds.

Clickbank does have a few strange policies though. I haven't been able to purchase anything from them for years, despite trying different credit cards from different banks as well as using different email addresses. I've even tried to purchase on my girlfriend's card, with no success. I had their support on livechat during one transaction and even they couldn't solve the problem.

I've read that they view people from certain countries as being more likely to commit fraud than others, and are thus more likely to reject transactions from those countries. I'm pretty confident that's the cause of my problem.

It could well be a country-based filter - one country that I spend quite some time in ALWAYS causes headaches when trying to buy anything... literally, always. I ordered hosting once from a major company when in that country, and had to literally send copies of my passport and DL and CC... so, sucks to be in one of those countries!
