Need help with Adsense Layouts

Hi Guys, I'm trying to sort out which is my best ad layout for my Microniches but can't solve it.

Placement can go anyway as some will say a high CTR designed theme is not good for your account and simple one ad on page is enough. You have to see what works for your website and your audience. Are you churn and burn? Are you going long time?

I im a Microniche man so i make sites and try to make them make money asap without getting penalized, so i go agrresive with ads. I've been reading a lot of stuff on CTR Theme for example about bans and all kind of things that make me confuse.
