Sorry for the delay in replying to the PMs. I have sent refund to each and everyone that asked for it through PM.
I yet don't have fix dates to when we're going to resume the service, but I am hoping that it should be sorted by the end of this week. The age of cheap views is over, their is going to be a hike in prices. Stay tuned.

Make dispute on paypal , it is only one best way.. here he play on time to 40 days away on paypal dispute time..

It's pathetic to see that customers think I am not replying to PMs because I want to wait out the 40 days dispute time in PayPal. That' simply disgusting.
I clearly notified that due to unavoidable real life situations I won't be able to be active as before until the 22nd of January. Inspite of that, I've given out 80% of the refunds, and only about a few customers are left to be refunded, but NO, you'll will still keep on insisting the fact that I am here to run away with your money.
If there's anyone who hasn't yet received a refund, as always send me a PM with your video URL and PayPal email, I'll issue a refund instantly.
It's a shame to see that customers that have received their views on time, and customers that have bought our service back on December, are also disputing the payments, thinking that they can run away with the money even though they got the full service that they paid for.
It's sad that there's no trust between buyers and sellers. You don't even care to post when our views rank your video high, or gives you the desired result, but you're the first to criticize when there's an YouTube update.
Our service will be back soon, and that will be real soon. We will add a new rule, which is that if there's an YouTube update, there will be a 3-7 days delay on the on going orders, and though our views will be safe as always, but videos that are removed will not be given any sort of refund, since YouTube has blatantly made it confirmed that PAID VIEWS violates their terms and conditions.
