My paypal accounts always get limited, I want to buy a US or non-US verified paypal account, perfferably a bank account, ssn, credit card, and other information on it already verified. So, that I do not get limited anymore. I will pay VIA paypal (I have a paypal holder) or bitcoin ,or any other type of currency/money gateway I can use.

If you can unlimit my Paypal account for me with $700 on it.

You can also try out the service by "SecondEye", while I haven't used his service I've heard from others that he's done a pretty good job on removing limitations on PayPal accounts.

Secondeye seems pretty reputable from what I been reading long before I even joined this forum :)
 
Just apply for payoneer master card and you will also get a US bank service that you can link it your paypal account, it's free and legal

I'm not US residence. If i get payoneer then i will need to have a US paypal account to link my payoneer. right? (with a fake US address). What if at some point my account get limited because of payment limit or some other reason. Would they ask me to provide documents etc? And what would be solution in that case? Any help would be really appreciated.

If You can help me to unlimit my paypal account will be great. I have a USA paypal account limited and they want some documents. Please let me know if You can help me or anyone. I have 330$ in balance and I can pay 130$ if You or other help me. Regards.
 
If I'm not wrong, PayPal allows to withdraw your money out of limited account after 6 months or something. This won't work if your PP is created with VCC that you don't own.
