Does the VPS automatically tunnel through SSH or is it something the user must do manually?

Is vpsville.ca a canadian company?

How do you set up a VPS? Is it similar to TOR, or what is the difference?

Can someone link to anywhere in the forums where it might explain how this works? In the meantime I'll see what I can find out about it on Google.
