Craiglist is better option to get US traffic but it depends where u want to use that traffic because some sites don't accept traffic from every source u have to provide from the source they need and they accept.

Man, that's some BS if I've even seen it.. CPV converts but you need the start-up to really get things moving. CPV is paid traffic, you saying that it doesn't covert?

Don't try to lead without the proper knowledge. I'm seeing to much of this happening here
