Question here is it possible to import articles in txt format into xsitepro? If yes how is it done?

Thanks!:)

hello

when your working on your site click on the other tab then importpages (powerpack)
then find the folder where the txt files are located it will create a page for a article this feature will also allow you to import a pdf file same as the multi page creation wizard you dont want to make a lot of pages with out testing its a pain to delete a 100 pages

Thanks for the info. But how do you create a bullet type list of the articles. I know how to do this with rss in xsitepro but have no idea when it comes to articles? is there a code for this?

thanks

I assume you are talking about the page creation for keywords. Same thing make the parent page for the articles to be imported right click on the parent page *insert all links to subpages* you will not see the titles and descriptions till you either preview or upload it all you will see is the command when I do it I can preview it and see the titles and descriptions

hope that helps

Have a good one
