Displaying Affiliate Earnings On LED Message Board

Hey everyone,

If your like me and you have multiple income sources it gets very frustrating logging into each platform to gather your earnings reports.

You be smart and start creating macros, daily/hourly emails that tell you your combined earnings but im looking for a bit more.

What the ideal solution would be is to have some kind of LED message board that simply has a total amount of sales. So when your in the office/at your desk you can just see a number keep going up.

Has anyone done this with an LED message board before?

Ive been researching LED message boards but it seems that they either come with a remote that you can preconfigure the message or they say PC compatible but never actually explain if anything like this is possible.

Ideal solution would be that i create a macro that will gather earnings and save in a *.txt file and then the message board simply reads the txt file every 5 seconds or so and displays the figure....

Any ideas???

I know i could easily achieve this with a monitor but i really want some kind of message board..

I'd just love to walk out the office to make some coffee and then come back in and see ive earned another $5k

Why don't you just get something like the Raspberry Pi and connect it to a small monitor?

Something like this will be open to more functionality vs a LED message board.

Use an auto meta refresher and a tab switcher, that's what I'm doing with some dashboard (Non affiliate related)

This is what I do. easy to implement and effective. Just save the tabs and you are good to go with one click.

Make a software that logins to your accounts and parses the required data, then send the data to your email, whatsapp, website or whatever you desire. The raspberry pi is perfect for this though.

Thanks for all the replies.

Ive never heard of that raspberry thing so ill certainly check it out.

For the rest of you i dont have any problem whatsoever getting the data together and displaying it in an email or whatever.

But i just wanted the data to be displayed on some kind of LED message board instead of it constantly requiring a monitor to be on!

Anymore ideas apart from the Raspberry thing would be appreciated but like i said i will research it more..
