how ever the downtime was due to network issue from our ISP which is fixed and the server is online, our main site is also online right now.

My website is still loading at 4.50 seconds and the website itself (domain) loads at 2.6 seconds. Are there still some issues?

Thanks for your nice review
regarding your suggestion of domain pricing I note this thing and I will try my best to give good prices or offers on domains.Just want to mention one thing. we are not domain registrars, our main concern is web hosting but I do agree with you that domains are the basic part of hosting. Well I will work out on domain prices now will reduce the cost as soon as possible.
If you guys have any more suggestions please do let me know

So I have had this hosting for about a month now, and I have got to say it is horrific. It is constantly down and causes timeouts for my users. Support is about 8 hrs from submission, but when your sites down 8hrs is a lot. Even then their response is we had technical problems in our hosting center in country X. I am definitely switching. This is not a good service for a auto gen site because you have to constantly check if it is up. Definitely a good price but the downtime is not worth it.

we got some downtime this month which is about 10 minutes , there are lots of complains which we are getting this month for slow site loading, and I found 99% of the users are using wordpress which is not properly optimized so, if your own site is down coz of your own mistakes I am not responsible for it.
our server was down for 2 times in this month each time it was hardly for 10 minutes the issue from our ISP which was fixed within few minutes.
I will suggest you to fix your site.
regarding support, reply after 8 hours is not bad we have long list of clients who are waiting for their issues to get fixed. we reply every client on its turn, all are equal for us, and we give equal priority to every one.
we have lots of contacting methods, if the reply on ticket is late according to your expectation, then you can mail me directly you can contact me on skype or on mobile also, all the contact options are on site.

you can send any kind of traffic, regarding downtime, we had zero downtime in December and about 10 minute of downtime in this month which was coz of our ISP. if you are still worried about your business then I will suggest you to use VPS server.

It wasn't my site, you can say what you want but I have had multiple, over 10 times, where I tried to open my site and it has had problems an we are only halfway through the month.

Hmm hosting is offline again... Hope you are doing some deep maintainance on the servers... If it is not then its offline alot of times... At least 1 time in 2 days?
