Scala Hosting. I've been with them for 18 months and I cannot fault them. I have the budget reseller account at $6.95 per month but for $2.95 you get a single account with 10Gb space 100Gb bandwidth and unlimited domains.
I don't work for them but if I'm happy with a companies service then I like to recommend them and hopefully help others, after all that's what this site is about isn't it?

Host Gator has a 1 cent hosting coupon for their Baby plan. They accept pretty much everything and unverified paypals. The coupon is 1CENTHOSTING

Couldnt get that code to work!
