YT videos can get +1s as well. I do them all the time and I can confirm they do help with the YT algorithm.

Mine are sent from aged, real US accounts. This makes all the difference. If you are buying junk expect junk results.

Followers can be sent to Google Plus pages. Plus ones can be sent to any site including Google Plus pages. I can also do Google Plus post shares for anyone interested in that.
