Give the guy a break. The zip file has two primary files. On is a full list and the other is broken down by country. A compressed format also protects the files from scraping by Google.

Wow man, this guy went all out! Double thumbs up. He provided thousands of proxies and put them all in text files labeled by the country. Most of them work pretty well to. I love it, we need more people like you on the forums man.
