Hello to the BHW community and the Mods/Admins and I hope you've been having a great New Year so far! :) As being a service provider myself, I've been thinking of some changes that I feel would be beneficial for both buyers and sellers. Currently, I have three changes in mind that would improve the BST section in a couple of areas:

1. Any new posts made on a BST will send the OP an email notification letting him/her know of the new activity/posts on their BST Thread. This will increase the response time to potential buyer inquiries and will speed up the communication process.

2. Any posts made on a BST by the OP would automatically be in a larger colored text that will stick out among other posters comments. This will help potential buyers to quickly locate updates/posts made by the OP which would be very convenient for BST's with a lot of pages of comments/posts.

3. While this may not be possible, I though it was a good idea. I thought it'd be pretty neat if BHW could do self hosted Form pages with payment options. In other words, I'd be able to create a form for a BST on Veyron.BlackHatWorld.com and then once the user submitted the required information they'd automatically direct to the payment page just the way Wufoo works. Also, wouldn't it be awesome if you could track your sales on BHW? Imagine having a "Sellers Panel" on BHW where BST owners could track their form submits, sales & updates! I think this would be pretty awesome! And in this panel sellers can see their orders from other BHW members and the sellers could mark orders as "Complete" which would automatically notify the buyer that their order was complete. Again, this is JUST a thought that I think other sellers may find convenient. I know this would take a lot of work but hey, it doesn't hurt to throw the idea out there! :)

This is all for now, just wanted to share my thought/ideas with you all here. Your feedback/input is highly welcomed! :)

Thread moved to the "Forum Suggestions & Feedback" section.

Thanks Wiz for moving it. Honestly, didn't know the "Forum Suggestions & Feedback" section existed. :)

Point 3...
Move BST to it's own subdomain with a fiverr type script to keep it simple, maybe...

This can be done already. By default when you create or post in a thread the forum will add a subscription to the thread, but updates only appear in your control panel. Just change the subscription type to instant notification via email. This is what I do on my own BST's.

You can make the change on the http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/subscription.php page. Just tick the subscriptions you want to change, then from the 'Selected Threads' button at the bottom of the page, choose 'Instantly, using email'.

Great I didn't know this option was available. This knocks one off the list! :)

I certainly agree with the payment form, instead of sending them off to another page + payment page. Helps to shorten the process.
My hat's off to the developer who takes that on.

1. Was answered above. Already available.

2. Simply use the text editor - make it as big as you want and whatever color you want.

3. That would limit you to only BHW. Think bigger. Create a brand that can be marketed via several avenues. Banners, PPC, etc. You want all of your form data and payment processor info within your own site. Then use utm parameters and tracking to determine where your traffic and sales come from.

On point three I strongly agree with you but some sellers may not have the budget for a site and also, not every service needs a dedicated site. If a user could build, host and manage all of their work, orders and customer service right on BHW I think it'd make things more convenient. But, as I mentioned I agree with you as well but I don't think my idea would be a bad option to offer for those who could benefit from it.

We don't have to know what section something's in, very rarely do I look at the category lmao.

That's because MODS like WizGizmo and OldSalt are on here 23 hours per day moving peoples post to the right section(s). :)
