We haven't noticed any problems with the VPS control panel, so it seems those are local to you. I've responded to you via PM, however, I would advise to open a support ticket within the client area, as this thread on BHW is not a support forum.

My review of this service after purchasing. The price is good and the VPS was dispatched almost instantly however if you are paying extra for Directadmin installation, it can take up to 24 hours to get it setup as their support claims that Directadmin installation is done via third party (Directadmin team).
The customer service and tech support is responsive however they are not friendly. And they will not go the extra mile to help customer solve any problem that is not within their scope of responsibility. I have an issue with mysql and their support simply say that they do not offer support to third party script installation and I have subscribed for an unmanaged VPS. In this aspect, I will prefer Poweruphosting and willing to pay the extra as their support team is a lot helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help out the clients. I could not install Interspire after three days of purchase and honestly I am leaving this VPS subscription once it is up end of this month and will never return as I find the support not helpful and willing to do the extra mile for clients.
In short, if you want a cheap service but do not bother about customer service and tech support then you can try this service.

Just a note on the friendliness and DirectAdmin - we help as much as we can, but you really can't expect our staff to know the ins and outs of every single script out there, so if you're asking us to install something on your unmanaged VPS, we can only help 1) if we have time for that (it's unmanaged, really, so you should be doing that yourself), 2) we know how to do it (if it requires millions of dependencies installed before the script can run, it's better to try to find someone who knows the script).
As for DirectAdmin - we never claimed that DA staff is doing the installation - we simply had to wait for the license to be activated by them. We're the ones who install it, though.
If you ask our other customers about how friendly we are, you'd find that there isn't anyone else who provides the support level we do. Simply, because we ensure that the service runs. 3rd party scripts are meant to be installed by the VPS user. We're only providing the shell.

Can I start an image hosting website on your shared hosting? That will not get me banned right? (For using space). Other services do bann so I am asking before I buy

Sure, you can use the service for image hosting. If you buy a plan with certain amount of space, then you can use it. It should not be a valid reason for terminating your account.
