i dont think google will simple ban any adsense account just like that. i think they will just disable adsense to be serving on affected site only but not the whole account.

If you are looking to screw somebody over then why don't you do it yourself?

If you have evidence they guy attacked you then report him.

The sad fact is that you invested in some "DDoS protection", you lost money while your opponent lost nothing. There are no DDoS protection on this green earth. Want to take down CIA/FBI site? Just use a massive DDoS. It will work for a brief moment.

Using CloudFlare, or a configured ClearOS will do the job quite nicely.
Or, if he is just a fool, blocking the IP address will do the job also.

Why you don't just DDoS him back? It's a better solution. Even if his Google Adsense account is banned, for that amount of traffic he will probaby only lose $100. Check with your hosting, maybe they are in league with your"enemy" to make you pay for the "so-called" DDoS protection.

You're never going to get out of the sub-10k/day range if you can't get through a little resistance without losing focus. Beef up whatever defenses you need to beef up, and move on. Invest this money in your projects, not on escalating a feud. Waste of focus, waste of time, and waste of money.

Also, you've failed to mention what you think this service is worth. You're a new member, people aren't likely to contact you about this when they have the feeling you are going to just low-ball them anyway, as many new members do.
