He could have included KW4 because it was related to one of the 3 keywords he used when he ordered. Is this the case rey2k5? I'm curious as well.

rey2k5 asked for 4 keywords (early on) and I was building reviews, so I granted it.
In your order, you asked for 11 different keywords over 2 urls, for our smallest package,
which we cannot accommodate; secondly results may not be as strong
We are currently processing your order for one url and 3 keywords (but if you really want up to 5, we are happy to modify your order)

I'll wait for few more hours(already waited for over 72 hours) before I request for refund! And I know you've mentioned that you don't provide reports.. But now, as a proof whether you've started the work or not I shall expect at least a few initial backlink reports. I guess this is fair enough as I've waited for so long now..

I order on 6th and on 9th I got email reply "Order is going well! links started already"
which I have no idea if this is true or not... anyways I'am using a couple methods to monitor progress, and I have not seen any indication of high PR links to my website so far... ( I just hope these aren't expired domains with 10 "click me/ follow this" links slapped on the page)

As your request on email, I am only doing the keywords and combination you provided and no generic "click me, see more", etc anchor texts. Since your order was started on the 7th (and I send out emails a couple days after), links still take time to index.
You can take a look at Ahrefs.com and see your site below. You can see shortly after your order on the 7th there's new external backlinks being created (the green line):
You can see the green external links line going up shortly after you placed your order, since we started your order.
So far from the 250 package you ordered, 20 links have been picked up and indexed so far

I apologize for not notifying you that I have started your order by email.
Since this is a brand new site registered on December 31, 2013 and has NO backlinks,
I have made sure not to rush link indexification to avoid any penalties on your site
If I index links any faster, your site rankings may fluctuate and/or may be penalized
Since I am not indexing links quickly, ahrefs.com still shows your site as having no backlinks,
but the backlinks are being built and dripped already and will be indexed soon.

It takes time to see serp movement and results
Everything is going good! Apparently the seller might have been a little busy in the past few days, hence there was a delay in communication. Although the work was still being done by his team. But now since he is back I am hopeful and confident to see SERP increase in the coming few weeks once the links get indexed.
