Need to create cryptsy.com clone - Bitcoin exchange. Budget is up to $1000

Need to create cryptsy.com clone - exchange of crypto currencies (BTC, LTC etc)
Need just a programming. We'll make design and HTML by ourselfs.

Please use popular and fast PHP framework (yii, codeigniter, modx, drupal etc. Zend is not acceptable - very slow) or stable PHP CMS (except Wordpress and Joomla - it's not serious)

Basic functions: registration, login, forgot password, personal settings, logout.
Specific functions: create transaction (buy or sell one currency for another - for example BTC for USD), deposit/withdrawal funds (crypto currencies automatically, USD manually by wire transfer, PerfectMoney automatically), account balances, close order, Buy and Sell lists.

I don't need all crypto currencies, listed at cryptsy.com. Just 4-5 most popular - BTC, LTC, NVC, NMC, PPC for example.
Fiat currency only one - USD.

Please let me know if someone can take this job. My budget is $1000, but if you can make this job cheaper - not hesitate to contact as well

IMHO $1000 is a little low for this type of project and I don't think having it written in PHP will be the best solution in terms of scalability and security.

if you think everything is so simple, why dont you go ahead and code it yourself?
