What services do you recommend for tier 2/3 link building or blasts?

I have been searching the BHW Marketplace and Fiverr for cheap linkbuilding blasts/spam I can use for my 2nd or 3rd tier. There are so many sellers that I really don't know what to choose from.
I'm looking for quantity over quality. A lot of people offer blog networks etc. that are not what I need. I want to buy links in the thousands.

Can anyone recommend services they have used? Thanks!

If you have some knowledge about blasting, be sure to create your own proper list using SB. That can reduce spam sites from entering your new list. Use GSA SER or some other link building tools to blast your tier 2/tier 3 links.

If you are just looking for a huge blast of spam that is very easy to find and really does it matter what service you use?
It is not like you have to worry about quality or method.
