4) Which Email Did you contact, We did not get any email - I HIGHLY DOUBT U ordered this service.

Please refund as it the service obviously has not started yet according to 3rd party software (not related to your reports). Waiting almost a month is way too long. Transaction ID ending 672Y. I have also emailed you about this.
