Where can I get a writer for super cheap?

I am looking for a writer to write a 50+ page book for kindle. I am not willing to pay more than 40 dollars, I know that is not much that is why I am asking where I can find a super cheap writer.

I've never gotten to have a look at that whole kindle thing, but if your aim is to sell a book that is readable, I believe $0.x/page is most likely going to get you the shittiest content ever. You could perhaps try Elance, you will find really cheap writers there, but I've personally never seen anyone going lower than $2/500words.

If on the other hand you just want to fill it in with bullshit with the hopes of selling shit, then you can just scrape the content and spin it around.

If you are going for the second option, I personally think it is fucked up and you should burn for scamming people, however, that's just my humble opinion.
