What are system requirements to run a Ubot?

I have always tried to run uBots on my Windows 7 desktop and laptop computers without success. I usually get stuck at the "please wait while we download the necessary support files" step. I have Microsoft .Net 4.5 framework on both devices and have even tried to run the uBot as administrator with the Firewall turned off but I still can't download the support files. How do you guys do it? What are the system requirements to run a uBot? Thanks in advance for your help.

Just added ubot as an exception in the firewall and now it's fine.

Make sure if you have any issue like this to check with our support team (who has answered literally thousands of tickets.) Sorry it was a problem for you, but yeah, firewalls do sometimes make IM software complicated!
