The last few days I have seen numerous new accounts with very low post counts offer XBOX live codes in the Drop-shipping Section.

Many of the account holders have been banned previously for scamming but they just create new accounts.

My suggestion is that XBOX live codes are just banned from the forum OR only JrVIPS can sell them.

These scammers are making money everyday and they don't even have to pay to make their threads.

Here is an example, the guy has had threads deleted but he comes back and uses a different skype in each thread:

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ing-cheap-xbox-live-48-hour-1-3-12-month.html

They Guy might not be a scammer but the fact that he has used a different Skype ID in each thread looks suspicious.

There are several other Xbox Code sellers who do the same thing. Many trying to sell with their first post.

Also in this section people don't bother to ShitList when they get scammed. Like here:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...i-plenty-virtual-scans-xbl-mainly-itunes.html

Really feel like some new rules need to be implemented for this section.
The Mods do a great job of clearing any obvious scammy threads but nobody is breaking the rules by openly selling.

almost 0 to nothing results u no its a new skype name to fck people over
go back to the thread and make people aware its there money there probably

While I strongly agree with you that something needs to be done, people also need to do their due diligence on the seller and by making a purchase from someone with little posts and no reputation, the risk of something potentially going wrong strongly increases.

However, as I mentioned, I do believe something should be done but changing the rules to only Jr. VIPS would be punishing the Non Jr. VIP members who are legitimate sellers. Tough situation.

simple really delete drop shipping freelancer section
so newbs cant advert period -- solved ----

but just because we like it, dont mean the guys up stairs will
they would argue not all drop shippers / freelancers are bad
true -- but we get more scammers than good sellers in those
sections

There's no "there" there.

let me see fck off - we are alerting people to a possible scam you
personify all the mistrust we have for some new members who
contribute nothing but a spell check

I wish I would have knew about this a couple of months ago. Although I did not loose hundreds of dollars, $75 is enough to set me back. All my grade money from the quarter.

Why doesn't a sticky get made that informs people not to buy them from untrusted sellers?

If people wouldn't buy from people without reputation, it wouldn't even be worth advertising here.

Agree but people just ignore stickies and advice like that.
Part of me feels that if they buy from untrusted sellers or people with 1 post then they shouldn't be allowed to open shit-lists.
(The trouble with that is then more people get scammed)

Maybe a rather than only being jrvip to sell in dropshipping area.. it should be that the rules are tighter. account > 3 months old, > 100 posts.. and some other stuff?

Scammers need to be stamped out

I agree with this. Scammers need to be stamped out for sure, but allowing only jrVIP members to sell in the dropshipping area would be a bit far. 3-6 month old accounts with 75-150 posts would be a good way of lessening the scams.
