The ones that don't require credit card are usually the ones that $4-8 total. They basically require CC every time you're getting a really good deal haha. The FREE1 through FREE9 (free7 doesn't usually work for some reason) listed above may work without card. You can also try a code like: GD31134BA this will take 35% off the order which is better than nothing, and shouldn't require card.

Some of these might not need CC either bc they take off about 40% or so each time also. I'm not entirely sure but they're worth trying:

Dang, their used to be more of these working. It gets kind of confusing after a while trying to keep track of what works and what doesn't. I basically stick to just the cheap .com reg's with no privacy or anything myself so I really tend to lose track of the other types. It's worth taking a look at other $4 ones that may be listed on the original few posts too. As for namecheap they're very hard to find because they do less coupons and often they have it only for a limited time IE: 60 minute sale. Some basic ones I found for January are:

NEWYEAR - new registrations/transfers - this is for 1 year only
STARTHOST -20% off the first billing cycle of shared hosting plans
VPSBEGIN -10% off the first billing cycle of VPS hosting plans

I know it's harder but Namecheap deals are much better than Godaddy ones and it's worth a new thread IMHO.
Namecheap offers sometimes 0,99 deals with domain + 1 year WHOIS privacy

First I tried with my local CC and address - didn't work
Then i tried with US CC and local address - didn't work
Lastly I tried with US CC and US address - it worked

So I'm not sure whats right. Maybe any CC and US address would have also worked. I'll try it out today and update the post.

Interesting! This could certainly help a lot of people outside the US use these. I've got 0 experience bc I'm already using a US CC with US address so I appreciate the update!

So, there is not an issue to use US address. I have payoneer card and I think this from the US card. Can I make an account with US address? Can they demand me address proof in near future??

Yeah, that could be possible, they can block your domain and ask for the proofs. Better, use a local coupon code which could be around $2-$3 per new domain. Trying to save a dollar could cost you a valuable domain.
