What VPN/proxy can you create eBay accounts on?

What is the best private proxy to create eBay accounts on? I just purchased from "IPXPRT" and they didn't do the job.

Well, no VPN will create you accounts... You need to create accounts by yourself, you just use proxys/VPNS(not recommended) ro show different identites/locations. If your question was just a misspell and you are looking for good proxies for stealth accounts creation, than I would recommend you PRIVATE proxy. You'll want virgins IPs if possible. Try SSLPrivateProxy or http://www.proxy-n-vpn.com/. The speed of both of those is excellent, and they'll have fresh IPs that haven't been abused to all hell.

Yes, I did. Never had problems, so you was probably just unlucky. Get to another provider coz the ones you used were probably already used with PP/eBay. I cant find who I used but they are on BHW and will do my best to find them. If I fail to deliver, services that aka cash mentioned should do the job done.

Thanks for the link for mac adress it can be changed on windows for the browser fingerprints cookies etc you cache them out, you can use private browser I think to circumvent it... for the personal information I have no idea about it can you enlighten me please ?

What you need here is a dedicated (virgin) residential proxy. They are expensive, but the best option out there. And since you already got burnt, I would suggest going for a provider that is known and well reviewed. Proxies are quite an investment in most cases, so you shouldn't go cheap here.

A lot of eBayers need backup accounts with steady spend to build trust over time in case they have any issues. A solution I know works is a dedicated device 4g mobile USA proxy. Get it with normal IP rotation, as manual rotation is not necessary. Run the accounts forever off of that and you'll be golden.
