Show me your Desktops!

I can see you love to stay organized

I could bet $100m that each person on this planet, cna find their stuff in their mess. :D

Man, I got a table full of books, papers and other things I've placed my projects on and I can tell you and find anything I want there. Everybody tells me to clean "that mess", but I'm like I can find anything I want in "this mess". :)

I bet I'm not alone in this :D

Oh my...poor Nicholas! :D

Organized confusion, I'm right there with you. I think it's a thing creative people do, not all there are still creative people that aren't messy but a lot of creative types thrive with cluster.

How do you set icons next to your windows menu like that in w7?

Edit:
Right click -> Toolbar -> -> New Toolbar -> Input : %appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Middle screen is where the action is. The configuration is 24" | 27" | 24". The lack of IM software on other people's desktops is disturbing! @lietuvis002 I have no words to describe how crazy that would drive me. Full image can be found here: http://i.imgur.com/VvPIYcc.jpg.

Here is where the magic happens:

Sitting pretty simple in front of a 27" with 2540x1440. I like it KISS-style :D

I personally think I win for the sickest desktop. This took me a bit of coding and using Unix Shells, but the hours it took were well worth it!

Note: Some things, particularly the black, blank circle in the top right corner had to be blotched out since there's sensitive info there.

We need more macs posted! Granted I know if you use any software for botting, link building, etc, you'll need windows. My mac is fairly powerful though, so I can run parallels on full settings and get good performance from it though.

Also, if you're wondering how I built this, geektool was mainly what I used.
But I only wish I had time to make pretty desktops now...

Mine is messy and simple. Nothing special and I can find my stuff way easier this way. :-) This is the screenshot of my win7 desktop. My Win XP is much messy than this but I also love my "clean" Ubuntu OS.

Some filenames are intentionally blurred out.

Nice and clean. :) I'm keeping most of my files, on my Amazon S3, Dropbox or Box.net account. :)
