CAn fake Google +1 tank your website?

I was thinking of buying some Google Plus + 1 for my website.
How sensitive is Google to fake +1's? Can I tank my website or Google + page?

Just drip feed them to your site so they look natural and you'll be fine. Be sure though that whomever is delivering them to your site is delivering them from unique IP's.

Just have a look around the social media section of the marketplace through some reviews and you should find a decent enough service.
