Purchase a Card verified PayPal account from me. Use it to send and receive funds. To withdraw, you need to use 2CO or some other payment gateway.

When you reach the transaction limit of $1K-$1650 then paypal will ask you to provide ID card, utility bill, passport and at that time I will provide you all the documents and after that you can use PayPal freely.

I had been needed 2 docs for my limited paypal account. I contacted secondeye. He provided me docs. I had uploaded those on my paypal account. Logged out. then after 2 days today i called them to verify my details. And now i just logged into my paypal. and it says. you account is limited. and this appeal cannot be appealed. Which means they have perm. limited my account. Can someone help me on this now??
