redirect 301 to 302 works?

Hello everyone.
I have made very bad experience with link building. My sited got penalized.
What am thinking to do now:

My site: domain1
Domain 2: domain2
Domain 3. domain3
I want to create links for the domain2 he should redirect (301) to domain3 and domain3 should redirect (302) do domain1 (my site).

You think will work?

Redirecting will also transfer the penalty, so be aware of that before you redirect...

What I do is preempt a penalty, by building all of my links to a holder-domain, and then 301 that to my money site - right from day 1. Then, if my money site get's penalized, I'll just switch the redirect to the replacement site, and I'm done! 10 mins work and the new site will rank within a week.

Just keep in mind that 301 redirects give about 70% linkjuice and also you can only do a redirect with the same domain 2 times.

redirects and redirects ! Never done multi redirects with 3 domains

It's 85% of the link juice (G has publicly stated this), and, you really think there's a limit to the number of times you can do it? I honestly don't know, but it doesn't seem logical that there would be - it's a redirect, it can't be 'used up'.
