Does eBay Track Mobile Phones?

eBay has an application for iPhone. I used to use everyday to check my listings. Well, my main account got suspended...

My question is; if I delete the app and reinstall on my iPhone, is there any chance to they track my new eBay account?

Ps. I've already changed my IP.

Just factory reset the phone. Make sure you (only) backup movies, images, music, contacts, SMSs and not also other stuff(like aps, bookmarks etc) Also make sure that your phone number was never before used with any other ebay/PayPal IF YOU ARE PLANING TO GIVE IT TO THEM. They cant track phone number.
Factory reset is the thing.

they can track you if you ever use the same phone number again or if your using someone elses that had that number in the past on another account
