Need Bing Ads Expert To Fix My Account!

Greetings Fellow Forum Members,

I have a 2 month old Bing account with which i ahve my Credit Card linked. My problem is that i have a competitive niche and my CPC is around $7-$15. I have a campaign in which i have around 100 keywords and out of them my ad shows for 2-3 keywords and that on the last position.
I need real help for anyone who is an Expert and experienced with Bing Ads.
