Any one here have you used swissvpn.net's VPN service? Anyway this post is too short but looking some positive answer as I want to buy it if they provide dedicated IP.

Do you really need a VPN? You could just buy a proxy for cheap from RCOM, he has dedicated ip's from several countries.

i have tried it before

their connection speed is too low and it will disconnect you each 10 minutes

their IP is black listed too
