Hey there! There is what I posted in another thread, so please read it and help me. Thanks!

I have a sports website (related to the NBA). I moved it to the .us domain ~2 months ago and it has 3.8k backlinks according to Ahrefs. The website uses WordPress as its platform on a premium theme and it gets 5+ daily articles. Number of views it received in December was over 150,000 and right now it makes ~20-30€ daily with 7-11k daily visits on AdSense and ~2$ with other network (CPM based).

The website has around 40 authors, 20 of them are actively contributing and it also receives writer applications from time to time. Most of them write for free, while the others get paid according to the number of views they get. The website has over 1500 articles written so far.

With the website, buyer would get a Facebook page of it (13500 likes right now) and the Android application (made 5 days ago, 50+ current installs). The website also has a nice and clean mobile website.

If I were to sell it all, how much should I ask for and is Flippa the best place where I could sell it?

It makes some very nice profit to me, but I don't have much time anymore to organize it and a co-owner is inactive so he cannot do it either, so it's most likely going on sale.

At this level, it will depend how much work is required. I've sold NBA sites before and as they tend to be seasonal they can be tricky and rarely go above 1.5x yearly income in my experience. I would expect something around $20k without knowing more.

Domain has a name of a big internet company in it (think of hackedgmail.com for example, something like that).

How much would such site be worth and what is the best place to sell this?
I understand that trademark in the domain isn't good at all so is it possible to develop a new site with no trademark and rank it on the same keywords and provide trademarked domain's earning stats as a proof of profits?

I'm sorry but that's just not a good idea man. What if you went to buy a car and someone gave you the mileage of another car but the same make/model what would you think? They're going to want the stats for the site they're buying. Maybe you could make another site and it re-directs right to it while you're ranking it or something, but I'd only show stats for the actual site you're selling.

Well, you can't really compare this situation with selling a car I think, buyers want a site to have earnings history because they want to see how proftable it is, so I give them a proof that it is profitable and I give them both sites, if the trademarked one gets shutted down then there is still a second site that will make money without getting shutted down.

I guess that works. I would never pay much for a trademarked site though. You'll have to establish good earnings on the non-trademarked site for sure.

Sorry - I don't work with sites that are already up on Flippa. I noticed you had your BIN set to $70k - most serious buyers will be put off by that so I'd make it a more realistic number.

Wouldn't be sellable. I would just keep it.

Depends on content requirements, and due to it being tech niche I'd expect something around $10k.

its a almost a year old(started last feb) in the family and parenting niche and has:
about 60 UV a day
1500$ a month on avg for past 10 months
ebook and adsense sales
all organic link traffic catch is most of the traffic is from one or two pr4 sites
but site needs barely any upkeep only 1 or 2 posts all year.. and posted links a few times
on a clean, keyword domain

History goes on for over 12 months and it used to earn around double that amount earlier in 2013 but SEO efforts have been dull.

The first site isn't really worth anything right now.

Second site I'll PM you as it really depends how the site has been growing/dropping recently so I'd need to see the domain and run some reports.

I've got 2 sites to sell, they have both earned $70 in the last 30 days. One is via adsense, the other is via video sales. I know they are not worth a lot, but maybe they are worth a little.

Where do I sell them? I've tried on DP, but they require 3 likes (I don't have any) to post. Too many scam stories about Flippa, as well.

Where's a good place to sell sites like that, or are there site brokers that can sell sites like this for me?

I own a recipe website that makes an average of $300 or more/month though adsense. I've owned it for two months. It gains about 700 visitors per day and the traffic method will be sold with it.

Traffic is driven via pinterest of course and the pinterest account driving the traffic along with full details on how to do it will be sold with the website. I have full detailed screenshots of analytics and adsense earnings.

What's your evaluation for this site. And what would it have been if I owned the site for 3 month as you mentioned more history equals more value.

Neither of them are worth anything.

In my opinion the 4 letter .com worth at least low $xxx, sell it on any of the domain forums. Plus it has PvP in the address which could relate to player versus player.
