Youtube + PPD - what are high retention views? (Newbie)

So, say if i focus on the gaming niche of giving away fake hacks, and for them to download it they have to go on my PPD service (impremium is what i use) would i gain more visitors and more money if i bought high retention views from sellers on BHW?

A HR video would rank better than a normal views video providing there's enough social interaction with it such as likes, comments, favs etc. Your video won't last long though before its flagged for spam so it's something to look out for.

They are views from guys who watches more than 90% of your vids lenght. Thats called HR. Some ppl even get you 100% HR views. HR views help you in rankings only.

am currently trying hitleap , u set the amount of mins the vistor have to watch which is cool
