Well, best would be to sell 5 first and than(after shipping and gaining feedback from your buyers) and than call them and explain your situation. If you are afraid to call, than just sell below your limits and wait for eBay to automatically raise your selling limits. They do it quite randomly, but it shouldnt take longer than 3 months(without calling) if you are good seller providing tracking info with good DSR.

If this was so easy everyone would have done it by now. It just does not work that way. I just limit increases all of the time around 3 months. Then again at 6 months.

Its best to wait but who likes to wait?! List some cheapo low risk items in different categories. Pay buyer for the item+review. After buyer pays for the item assign random tracking number and ask buyer to leave feedbacks after few days. Later on contact customer support via chat or call them and nicely ask to lift limits. Try till you get a nice person to help you. Like this I have lifted my limits to +20k within short time, removed 70% of my negative feedback and so on

You're more likely to get banned for trying to buy feedback. Just organically gather feedback to start your account. eBay is very fickle to start, once you're established they give you more slack.

If buying feedback removed your limits everyone would be doing it.

Buying feedback does not benefit you at all in the eyes of eBay!

All buying feedback does is get your total feedback count higher.

Feedback is one thing.. there are other criteria that you need to pass.. they don't say it but there is a list.. I can help though if you are in a hurry..

It will probably work initially, but ebay knows about these methods and will take notice. Buying feedback does work, just spread it out over a few weeks/months.
