When you first build a website you start easy with links from web 2.0 sites and make sure you include social

Wait, so you want someone to teach you how to rank sites and as payment you will use that knowledge to rank their website in return... I don't see how this is payment at all if someone can just rank a website without spending extra time mentoring you (which is against the rules).
