Ever find REALLY cheap custom flash drives?

I don't need this any time soon but I am looking for the ULTIMATE in cheap custom flash drives. Something I can get my logo on, store a video on and mail as a marketing tool. Along with some letters I send I would like to give my potential clients a free flash drive containing a commercial for my product. The only way this is worth it though is if it costs under a dollar per flash drive.

I dont think you will find something like this. As I see at online shops the smaller price for an Flash Drive(1GB) is 1$ if you buy more than 100 pieces.

And for getting your logo on this would cost too. Maybe 2$/flash drive would be a fair price. But you can search more and negociate with the manufacturers. Dont forget that the internet is your best friend

I searched around and didn't see much. Even $2 is a little high because of shipping after the fact. I could use a flash drive under 1gb even but it seems hard to find. Maybe need to source it from china.

Well, if you manage to go to China directly and make order for at least 1000 or 5000 units, they probably can go on price of 1$ per flash drive, and they can print your logo directly in fabric, it's just a matter of how much you are buying and will you continue to buy.

You will not find a flash drive under 1gb with a lower price than 1$. The cost to manufacture something under 1gb would be the same. Think that the external plastic case would cost more than the flash memory chip)

Why not use CDs/DVDs? They are a lot cheaper and you can have your logo on a plastic cover.

You would be surprised at the numbers who don't. It wasn't meant to cause offence.

As an alternative you can maybe buy blank USB drives and just use a label maker to imprint your info yourself for cheap as like others said, unless you're doing a very large order it's unlikely to come across that price based off my own research.

1. Windows 8 has autorun disabled by default.
2. It's a nice promotional gift.
3. Your average person isn't aware of any possible danger.
4. If your average person did have a concern, they have enough faith in their free Norton Antivirus to not care anyway.

People will plug-in any old shit, if it is free.

All the top security conferences do tests where they give out crap for peoples passwords etc.
Many people willing hand over personal/security details for a freebie.

On another note. Branding my own might not be a terrible idea, just need to figure out how.
