You definitely do not need hundreds of accounts. The first thing you need to do is create a pinterest account and learn how pinterest works.

You can stll get many accounts which don't get banned, just need to play by the rules i guess. If you spam a lot then yes they will get banned. If you slowly build up your account and eventually you get organic followers you will do really well.

You can invite people to pin to your boards if that is what you mean. You can make all your accounts or anyone else a co-creator if you want to.

You can invite friends, yes. Right click on 1 account and click on "Add who can pin in boards", and enter multiple accounts by using ,
