I am wondering. My original paypal is permanently limited and my SSN is already with them...if I make a new account and register a DBA and receive a Tax ID for that, will that work forever or will they eventually ask me for my personal SSN?

I have a verified stealth Canadian paypal account, the problem is after every few days paypal asks for my number so that they can send an sms code (there is a call option as well). They say that it is for my protection. i have tried using DID number from Flynumber but the call fails and paypal returns an error something like "Things are not working right now try again later"....i usually click the remind me later button and it goes away but few days later the message comes again. more recently i purchased a canadian virtual number which supports receiving sms from sonetel and tried it on paypal, but i never receive the sms, the virtual number can receive sms from other number they go in my email but no sms comes from paypal.. can you help me out?

I'm a graphic designer. My accounts keep getting limited and paypal wont remove them no matter what I do is there anything anyone can do to help me? Everytime I open a new paypal they somehow find out and limit it saying it's associated and linked with other paypal accounts.
