I have a hack for PPD (yeah you know, a fake crack) and I lock the download with a Facebook share locker as well as a survey. I heard that some people have been arrested for Facebook spamming. Idk if I'm being a little paranoid asking if I'm going to get in some trouble or not. I live in the USA.

Btw, when I used the Facebook share locker, I had to create a Facebook app, which to make, also needed my phone number. So yeah, my phone number is in play here. Don't know if this is important or not, but I felt like including it.

people have trouble because of script which hacks others accounts and spam messages to all their friends and their timelines, i think this is a crime, but share lock is not because user knows that he has to share to unlock content, most top earners at cleanfiles use this illegal script and make 100$-500$ a day

It depends on what you do if they will sue or not. Suing every spammer is unpractical. But if you leave your trail wide open, like providing a number registered to you, they just might if you are big enough.

This guy got sued for this. Not sure if he got arrested but it wouldn't surprise me. Then again, if you read it you will find he actually used malware to bank.
