Need Superb web 2.0 list?

I need superb web 2.0 lists. Which are ******** permanent. Also can setup unique&separate meta tags, title, description for each page.

Sorry to slightly side-track this thread, but what do you plan to do with the web 2.0 sites? I've never quite wrapped my head around why people need/want web 2.0 sites.

They're building links w/ them mostly, others are turning them into landing pages...
