I've been trying to email you guys for weeks with no response.

I asked multiple times (by email and through the member dashboard) to cancel one project because I received a blank report for the first month. The request was not met and I was billed.

I also was billed for a second project even though we agreed I had pre-paid for two months.

Please refund both payments asap or I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company.

If refunds are given, and completed reports delivered after your team comes back from holidays showing quality work, I would be happy to re-subscribe. In the meantime, thank you for your assistance with these two refunds.

Can we order the hobby package and give 5 keywords, and 5 completely different domain url's? or do all 5 url's have to be the same domain?

The packages are really designed for 1 website at a time. We strongly recommend you don't break them up among different websites (unless you're doing rep management, then it makes more sense)

That being said, there are no hard rules on what URLs you can submit. If you do this, we will split the links randomly, and we will also choose at random which URL gets the things that can't be split, like the 1 press release or info graphic. Also, we will still deliver everything on one report, you cannot ask for 5 reports on one hobby package.

Vitarank classic used some automated systems and repetitive anchor texts, both of which are now practices we do not do in the new White Label packages. Everything is unique and manual. We now play by the rules and do it the white hat way.
