I asked for a refund 4 days ago but I did not received any answer yet. I sent a new email. Please make it as soon as possible.

So are the Max Retention Views down because of a recent YouTube Update? Do you have any idea when they will be working again?

I ordered from you once before the whole fiasco started and had no problems. I order 20,000 views and only received 10,000 of them. Will I get the other 10k once the program gets fixed?

You are the cheapest place around and I trust in your service I just want to make sure it's safe before I order from you again.
 
I want to give your service a try but could you explain one thing to me - what does the method was patched mean? I have heard his before.
I am a little worried about getting videos removed is your method sorted now and therefore won't be noticed by youtube?

I sent a dispute on Paypal since OP did not answer to several emails and private messages on BHV. Even if the amount is not big, I do not accept this kind of unprofessional behaviour. I understand they have issues but when a client asks for something you have to answer. This is the last time I use this service.

EDIT. Finally I received my refund, so OP did what he promised.

I Read before that the likes, comments and stuff like that was being delivered without problems...in the website it says it takes one day to complete an order...however its been one day and still nothing...not even a reply not here not in the e-mail...I can't exactly call this "service being back now"...I know there have been the holidays but they could've told us...anyway this is unprofessional...I'm waiting for what they have to say...

After the major YouTube update, we have finally arranged out most complex system and now we're even better than before! We can now finish 1 Million views order in just 2 single days! The prices have increased a bit owing to the fact that the new system has costed us some high end bucks.

All SALES are open now, and you are good to place an order.

Hello,

You need to have a bit of patience, every order takes 24-48 hours for processing, so if only 24 hours have passed, give it more 24 hours and it should be completed.

I clearly asked for custom comments to be sent...and I sent also a link with my preferred custom comments...I was talking to the support on the website...when I asked about this the guy went offline...now the comments look like automated and fake... =( =( I also asked to be given a heads up before starting the likes and stuff cause I had the ratings of my video disabled...costumer service its not so good...I mean its not really about the money but the service I'm getting...

You can order custom comments from our site directly, there is a option to fill out your desire comments over there.
I am online now on live chat, If you need anything let us know. Also we can send out the comments once again for you without any charge since you're not happy with what you got.

no worries but that is what I did I sent a shrib.com note as you guys asked me to do when I asked how to write my custom comments...but I receieved auto generated comments...

everything is sorted out I can vouch for these guys...few hiccups both for the new updates and also due to my impatiance...thanks a lot for the great costumers service....I did not expect to be treated this good though :) thanks a lot!!to me these guys are great!!
